Once you download iPhone icons, they'll be stored in your Photos, and you can add them using the steps above. Sometimes they are even paired with great screensavers and more to create a cohesive theme. Finally, Etsy is a great place to find packs of icons ranging under ten dollars, depending on the seller. The great thing about searching on Pinterest is that it shows some of the best icons from different stores and websites, such as this free watercolor set (pictured above) that you can download via Freepik. It’s a bit clunky, but it’s the price we have to pay for a custom iOS 14 aesthetic for now.For a more creative selection, a quick search on Pinterest can find you various free and paid collections. Something to keep in mind when you make an iOS 14 aesthetic with the Shortcuts app/custom icons, when you tap them to launch an app you will briefly see the Shortcuts app on your iPhone before it opens the app linked to it ( no longer the case with iOS 14.3!). Repeat the process for all the apps you’d like - you can also tap the three-dot icon on any you’ve already done to change the icon or name
